What Are You Listening To #3 - Laura Welsh

The London-based singer is our third guest star of What Are You Listening To.

On this new segment, we ask some of our favourites artists what they are currently listening to, and what inspires their music production and writing.

London seems to be the Hollywood for new music.. everyone wants to go there to start and launch their career. Laura Welsh is one of these cases. After changing her stage name a couple of times (Laura And The Tears, Hey Laura) and seeing the collapse of her previous band, the singer finally seems to have found the right path to sucess.

Since then the Staffordshire-born singer has released a couple of singles such as "Cold Front" (our favourite one and available for free download here) and most recently, "Here For You", featuring Gorgon City (out June 16th). Laura is without a doubt a rising star.

Laura has sent us a playlist with her current favourite songs that inspire her to create and write music. When you have Prince and D'Angelo on your playlist you know it's a good selection...

Check the playlist below and the single "Cold Front" above. Enjoy.
